I will say no, no one basically thought about chip-set inside of their phones. The chip-set is the majority of doing works of every smart devices, could be function or features of the phone.
            Past a week ago, Qualcomm has announced about Snapdragon 855 processor for 5G network, many brand starts of making their new device's chip-set for the test of 5G network and they could try to launch a new 5G smart-phone in the mid year of 2019. 
            Mostly the Snapdragon 855 chip-set will appear in 2019's premium smartphones Samsung, Google, LG, OnePlus and also other brands.

Phone Features Of Snapdragon 855:
            Qualcumm Snapdragon 855 expected to change and make better features from camera to new face and fingerprint unlocking. Qualcumm paraded around some of the 855's most interesting features, which various global phone makes a new roll into their device for 2019 and beyond.

            On this new chip-set feature, some features are not going to be change, one is the ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking and portrait 4K HDR videos, which applies the portrait mode. 
           Google now-a-days works closely with Qualcumm to advance the camera's ability to quickly isolate and identify large chunks of text. That has implications for translating menus, wordy signposts and even the page of text on the fly.

            On report Samsung and OnePlus is going to change 6 things on new 5G device, also Apple is working on sellular modem chips in-house. So now 5G is coming closer and will start to feel real soon.
